Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.
See if there is any offensive way in me and lead me in the way everlasting. Psalm 139:23-24

How often have we “tried them”, condemn them with no mercy
And with no right to Parole ~
They can’t even appeal our decision..meanwhile we forget all about our shortcomings, our imperfections and we find a
“feel good blanket and ease a guilty conscience in that person’s mistake…...
Forgive us our sins, as we forgive our debtors….

(time to release everyone that we have been holding in contempt in our hearts, in our minds and showcase the same compassion that we have been the recipient of..)

Once upon a time!

"Once upon a time, there were a people on death row, (all have sinned and fall short of God’s glory) , and no human sacrifice could appease the wrath of God, then The Lamb of God shed his blood as a perpetual sacrifice… new status:…→We are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people;that... we should show forth the praises of him who has called us out of darkness into his marvelous light!

The walk!!!

Life is a teacher!!!

Tests are given not only in the academic field but also in the school of life, not to make us bitter but better, not to make us weaker but stronger and when we hold on to the unchanging hands of the Master, there is no flanking, there is no failing.. ~ We are more than a Conqueror through Christ Jesus!

Uncover the truth!!!

"The Devil is a liar..." this statement has been quoted so many times and yet many have believed his lies, many have been brainwashed and they can't see all the treasures that they have been entrusted with for a purpose driven life..(struggle w/ low self-esteem, depression,suicidal thoughts...b/c someone made them beli...eve that they are not good enough...and they search for validation in all the wrong places...)

The enemy's assignment: Steal, kill and destroy but Jesus (the good Shepherd) came that we may have life and have it abundantly... And when someone embraces the Truth (Jesu-Christ ) then all the voices of lies and deceptions (not good enough/not able /not prepared enough...not...this ...not that) which kept her away from her divine purpose are silenced and that person can be ALL that she was created to be...

Chaperone!!!

Often a young adult (whether on a casual outing or a social gathering) needs a Chaperon to maintain "law and order"; likewise in our journey, in order to stay on the narrow way, we need this "Chaperon" at all times: The Holy Spirit.

Ennemy in camouflage!!!

In this journey of faith, if a person expects the enemy to be in a scary costume or in uniform with weapons drawn, she may never discover it because often the mind is the battlefield & the enemy is in camouflage in those little thoughts and labels such as." you have done too much dirt or "Once a junkie always a junkie"......REBUKE IT with the Sword of the Spirit:The word of God ~ there is power in the BLOOD of the LAMB!

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! 2 Corinthians 5:17

Harlot..... no more!!!!

Just imagine a conversation between Rahab and an old time friend or a former client: How did you get your life back together? How did you recognize the move of God, you are not "religious" and how in the world is your name mentioned in the Messiah's lineage...??? and her answer would be... God is no acceptor of persons... and when I was at my worst, he saw my need and brought out the best in me!

What he did for me, he can do for you, if you are available!!!

Puzzled????

"How can a man be born when he is old?" He asked "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!" (are you kidding…) this puzzle/solution did not emerge from any regular mind but from a very knowledgeable individual, a doctor of the law because the carnal mind can no apprehend the things of God... only through divine revelation…. School is in session…

And the Master answered... John 3:5-8
"I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, 'You[c] must be born again.' The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit."

Jehovah-Jireh

He is Jehovah-Jireh: When Abraham thought that he would sacrifice the son of the promise, HE sent a ram in the bush, when there was a drought in the land, He sent ravens to feed Elijah and when the human race faced eternal damnation, He sent His Lamb, his only begotten Son as a ransom for our sins. ~ wHaTeVeR the NEED, HE will provide! (and we could go on and on...)

Jailbird.... is it????

An inmate gets out of jail and is thrown in the same environment in which he was before (if not more hostile ... the homies and the neighborhood have not changed a bit) what is the rehabilitation plan? Will this experience make him better or bitter …and the system is ready to lock him up again at the first faux-pas… wi...ll he be a Jailbird.. is that the prognostic...? How can he be Free indeed?... ⇒ But what if there was a change from within!
what if there was a circumcision of the heart,
what if he had a personal encounter with the Master…

then that would change the whole picture!

God is a God of second chances!!!

I wanna see the world....

How many young adults have said: "Mom, Dad, I wanna see the world, I can fly on my own, I'll be fine.." and they soar through the sky full of life and dreams then comes a storm and their wings are broken, the joy is gone and they realize that they were chasing an illusion and wonder if they will ever stand again but be...hind the curtain and all along is a praying parent: Please Lord keep my baby safe!

Prodigal son and daughter, it's time to come home and be celebrated!!!

Maybe a motion picture would better capture what I am hearing and seing as I sit on the porch in SC and "reliving" a morning in Jacmel (a countryside in Haiti) ... so much beauty starring at me.... the concert of the birds as they fly from one tree to another...and the green leaves and grass just glowing after the noctu...rne rainfall... and the air so fresh..... all I can say is ...Lord, you are Wonderful
