I know that I went astray,

And I understand your dismay,

and I may not be the type of woman
that you would introduce to your Mom and Dad,

I know that I searched for love in the wrong places and I am sad,

I know that I have a dark past and I am not to proud of myself
but I found a Man who did... not look down on me,

A man who was not offended by my scars,
And he gave me a second chance and made me believe that I can be

all that He created me to be, He told me that I can be made whole
if I give him the broken pieces and I just came to worship,

please do not despise me ~ Do not hold me captive in the image that I used to be,
don’t you care about my soul ~ He came to set me FREE ~
And I believe that He can...
